1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
T-Pass EU acts as an intermediary service provider enabling users to purchase digital toll vignettes for various European countries. We are not the toll road operator but a configured partner facilitating the purchase.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, including registration plate numbers and vehicle categories. We are not liable for fines resulting from incorrect data entry by the user.
4. Refunds and Cancellation
Due to the nature of digital goods, once a vignette has been activated or valid period has started, it cannot be refunded. Refunds are only possible if the service could not be fulfilled due to our error.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall T-Pass EU be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
